UPCOMING EVENTS

My first outing of the season - the NY Capital District Ren Fest  (June 14-15) - turned out to be both successful and fun. And I greatly enjoyed the Makers Market in Warwick NY and hope to be back there at the end of October.

~ The Medieval Festival at Fort Tryon Park , NYC, September 28th - www.whidc.org/festival/home.ht…

~ An Autumn Affair, Columbus Day Weekend in Windham NY - www.movingwindhamforward.com/c…

- Brocade masks: $36-$45, dependent on the cost of the embellishments.

Sanitizing Feathers

When researching the proper way to sanitize bird feathers I came upon a lot of information - some of it good, some of it not so good and some of it just plain confusing. I have summarized the most useful info here in a blog on the subject: daragallery.wordpress.com/2013…
